Everyone has them - a pantry/cupboards full of food they were used to eating. Highly processed foods like crackers, chips, pasta, Mac 'n Cheese, cereal, candy, etc.. Keeping them on hand "for the kids" or "the husband/wife" is a recipe for disaster. You WILL eventually eat them - it's just a matter of time. Together, we go through your cupboards and determine what you can keep and what should be thrown out/given to food banks.Then we create a grocery list to restock with foods that are consistent with eating a clean, low-carb, high protein diet that keeps you on track.

Because being "fit" and "healthy" is more than exercise. Let me teach you how, what and when to eat and drink to nourish your body at every meal, every time. Too many people rely on prepackaged, highly processed meals (or worse, take out/drive thru/restaurant/bar food) because they need something quick. Let me take the guesswork out of "what's for dinner" or "what should I be buying" and eliminate the waste of 1/3 of the groceries you do buy. I'll provided tasty, healthy, client-specific menus that you'll make each week using recipes and shopping lists. I can teach you how to reduce the time you spend in the kitchen, increase the quality/variety of food you eat and actually look forward to mealtimes again.

Do you often think "If someone would shop for me, then I would eat better"? Let me go one step further and shop WITH you. I'll teach you how to navigate your way through the store, which isles to shop and which to avoid. You'll spend less time AND less money. Together, we'll discuss what types of foods and flavors you (and your family) like and don't like. Next, I’ll provide guidance on which foods to add to your diet and which to limit as we move through the store. We'll focus on healthy breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snack ideas. You'll learn to decipher nutrition labels and ingredient lists, know which foods to buy organic, and I'll suggest staple foods to keep on hand for quick meals. When it comes to eating a sensible diet, failing to plan is a sure set up for diet failure. Let me simplify the process and ensure you are ready to succeed.
